2. Fake GPS – fake location
A fake GPS works much the same way. Just launch the app and find the right place. I have never visited the Statue of Liberty, so I will look for it. When the map zooms in, you will see a red dot. It’s you. The point is fixed, which means you will have to move the map to adjust the location. It’s easy, really. Once you have set the location, click the Start button at the bottom of the screen.
Please note that when you click the start button, you will be prompted to change the location app to Fake GPS instead of the previous app we tested. To make sure it was working correctly, I opened up Google Maps and voila! There is also an option to enable street view. Update to remove ads and change location in real time without having to stop and start again.

3. Fake GPS location
Fake GPS Location app has no ads and no in-app purchases. It’s completely free to use and comes with no bells and whistles. This will do the job you really want. You just want to fake your location, don’t you? The process remains the same. Find and select your location, click the start button and select “Fake GPS location” as the selected app as the location imitation app of choice in developer options.
You can turn off the status bar notification without paying for an update. Save your favorite places or keep a history journal.

4. Fake GPS
Fake GPS is another app that will let you fake your location using fake coordinates. You can easily fake your location with this app. Enter an address in longitude/latitude or the name of a landmark. Once you have chosen your location, click the Start button. As usual, you will be prompted to select the desired app in the dummy location settings in Developer Options. By doing this, you can use Maps or WhatsApp to fake your location.
Fake GPS is free to use but with ads and in-app purchases. You can save history and favorites in the free version, but if you upgrade for $0.99, you can reposition without stopping, remove ads, remove status bar notification, and add a widget. Not a bad deal.

5. Fake GPS location
Fake GPS Location is an advanced app that will not only allow you to fake your GPS location, but also set points on the map so you can get directions. This is the feature we usually use on Google Maps.
You can use this app as a normal GPS map to walk or drive from point A to point B. This feature is not available in any other fake GPS app yet. However, the steps remain the same. You select a location by entering an address or coordinates and give the app the necessary permissions in the mock locations settings.
If you have a rooted Android device, you won’t need to “allow mock locations”, which is a plus from a developer’s point of view. You can save routes and waypoints for future reference. The app is free but contains ads. You can upgrade and remove them for $2.99.
