Security experts recommend that you change your Netflix password on a regular basis to protect your account. This will protect your Netflix account and personal information from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
If you need to change your Netflix password, there are two options: a mobile app and a computer browser.

How to change your Netflix password using a web browser
- Log in to Netflix with a web browser
- Move the cursor to the right of your profile icon and select Account.
- Select “Change password” under the Billing section.
- Type the new password you wish to use. Click “Save”.

How to change your Netflix password using the mobile app
- Open Netflix app on your tablet or smartphone.
- Select “More” in the bottom-right corner.
- Click on “Account”.
- The app will open a browser. Select “Change password”.
- Enter the current password, then enter the new password. When you are done, click “Save“.
Netflix for iPad or iPhone has a bug that prevents you seeing the “More” menu. You can modify your password via a web browser if this menu is not available on your screen.
