There are several ways to print a screen. I will guide you through the process step by step so that you too can create beautiful and professional images that are ready to be printed on t-shirts.

- Turn down the screen.
Always “thin” the screen before doing anything to cover and brighten your photos. This means removing any grease or film coating that affects the coating or coatings. To lower the screen, simply place the trash on the screen with a sponge, shotgun, or cloth. You should get in the habit of undressing before putting on any clothes.
Screen cover.
Screen printing simply means using an impact sensor emulsion on a screen grid. Use a sewing machine for this. This is an L-type aluminum tool for drawing an emulsion across the screen. Before opening the emulsion, you need a room without UV light – it’s sunlight. If your camera does not have UV light, you can start screen printing.
Use incandescent and red lights to see what you are doing so you can work without UV light. Fill the sample tank with the emulsion, place the sieve down and press the soft part of the sample onto the grid. Drag the spatula to the top of the screen and align the screen as you go. Turn on the screen and do the same on the other side of the screen grid. To obtain a thicker emulsion layer at the front (i.e. the part that touches the shirt or the flat part), repeat the process. It allows you to take beautiful photos in the professional edition.
You don’t have to cover the entire screen, just for the size of your image,
Other things may be blocked by the display bar, for small 셔츠룸 or short tape (for small). When you close the screen, let it dry completely in a dark place. Place the screen in a dry closet or cupboard to dry. Down the part of the screen (on the side that touches the top of the shirt) to get better print quality while the ring emulsion dries to create a sharper image with better design detail.
